On occasion I've felt slightly light headed after a harder workout, so that's when I've used RELOAD, but only sparingly. Is that the kind of "symptom", for lack of a better word, that I look for when deciding to use it. Secondly, if I've worked out, and my next meal is just an hour away, do I go ahead and use RELOAD, AND have the meal, or does RELOAD count as its own meal? Thanks.

RELOAD is unique to the post-workout state and it optimizes recuperation. I wouldn't say light headedness or extreme exhuastion is necessary for RELOAD to have value (although they may be indications of glycogen depletion under which condition RELOAD would have immense value). If you utilize a good amount of glycogen (glucose stored in muscle as an energy reserve) during any strength training workout, especially one followed by some aerobic movement, RELOAD helps refuel muscles. Most people find it best to have RELOAD within 15 minutes of the completion of the workout and a supportive meal 60 - 75 minutes later.
