Hi, I just ordered the 21 day journey and I am going to buy resistance tubes at the store. Is it necassary to get all(3) resistance types for this or is one okay. Also, on weekends I ride my bike to the beach is it okay to do this with the program or is there any adjustments I have to make? Last question after this journey should I start the 4 week scramble of Transform or go right into 13 weeks?

One resistance band is OK to start with since you can adjust the resistance level by repositioning yourself farther away or closer to the stationary fixed point of the band. Of course 3 provides greater versatility. An option, not a need.

It is absolutely OK to ride your bike to the beach on weekends. Midway into the 21 days your energy levels will be a gauage as to whether or not the bike ride is overkill. My suspicion is, if it's only on weekends, it'll be just fine.

After the 21 Days, go right into the Strength & Growth phase of TRANSFORM! (week 5) It'll be a welcome change and a strategic progression.
