Hi, I was wondering if on the 21 day challenge or any of yor programs I could use EAS meal replacment protein powders? I just got super busy at work an I dont even have a sec.2 eat a meal. Iknow your a real all natural. meal kinda guy but what does someone do if they have to eat really quick? (i work at a hospital)Also when you say complex carb and for instance brown rice u dont mean instant do u?

I am a natural "meals" kind of guy, but the one supplement I feel is almost a necessity is a meal replacement formula. I've gone so far as to create my own. I developed EAT! for my personal clients as I began to identify the shortcuts some of the major manufacturers used. With that said, EAS makes decent products and if you can't get to a meal their meal replacement formulas can give you the nutrients you would have missed out on. As far as brown rice . . . instant is not going to be AS supportive . . . but being that we live in a world where convenience and discipline have to co-exist, it's an OK starchy carb option. I've found success Boil in the Bag brown rice to be a welcome choice for simplicity in supportive eating. Phil

One thing I've noticed with EAS, is they tend to want to use hydrogenated oils in a lot of their powders. So, just be cautious of that. That being said, I would just get Phil's powder since it definately doesn't have the hydrogenated oils in it.
