OKAY NOW I HAVE ANOTHER QUESTION IM CONFUSED ABOUT. I HAVE BEEN EATING SIX MEALS A DAY FOR 2 YEARS I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO DO UR PRROGRAM AS BEST I CAN. BUT AFTER EACH MEAL IM STARVING. I TRY TO EAT BIG PORTIONS BUT WHEN I DO THAT I NOTICE I LOOK THICKER AND IM TRYING REALLY HARD TO GET THAT CUT LOOK. IS IT NORMAL IN THE FIRST 5 WEEKS TO JUST NOTICE MUSCLE INCREASE AND NOT FAT LOSS OR EVEN CLOTHES FITTING LOOSER. I REALLY LOVE EATING ALL I AM BUT THE PEOPLE I WORK OUT WITH ARE JUST EATING FISH AND VEGGIES AND CHX AND VEGGIES AND THEY LOOK SOOOOOOO GOOD.... BUT I KEEP SAYING JUST WAIT TILL MINE KICKS IN. ANY ADVICE?
