I have been doing ur program for 13 weeks and I decided to try on some of my old clothes and nothing fit it was all to tight. so I went on the scale to see the damage and i gained 10 pounds. I have been so faithful in following this program i wanna quit, what should I do?

I have sent a message saying almost the same thing. I have been following the 21 Day Journey. After the first 21 days I did not feel a difference in my clothes or my weight. I got on the scale and it did not move. I'm trying a second time around with the 21 Day Journey trying to do the protein days and trying to eat a little better. I would think after 13 weeks you should have lost something. I know how discouraged you must be. I'm sure Phil will have an answer for you. Just hang in there.

My schedule has been insane over the past few months, so I apologize for not being more timely in my responses. Since you're both anonymous on the board, I'd encourage you to email me directly at phil@philkaplan.com spelling out what an actual day's nutrition looks like (not what you believe you should be eating, but what you really consume in a day). Also try to describe your intensity level with the exercise and your adherence level to the program. Whenever somebody fails to see a significant result, there's always something I can identify that, when adjusted, brings about the desired change. The challenge is in finding it, and honesty is of utmost importance. I'll watch for your emails. As a Subject say, "21 Day Journey" Phil
